What is it?
Provided by AANA associate member, Swaab Attorneys, the Ask Swaab! Legal Answers initiative allows AANA
Members to have an obligation -free discussion in relation to a legal or compliance issue affecting your business.
During each year of your AANA Membership, you are entitled to 2 x 20 minute free telephone consultations (1
consultation per issue with a booking) with a Swaab Attorneys lawyer with specific expertise in the area of your
query.
On completion of the 20 minute phone consultation, you may decide that you need further legal advice on your particular issue or on another issue affecting your business. Any further consultation with your lawyer will be at your expense. Of course, Swaab Attorneys will always disclose an estimate of the cost of any further advice you require before proceeding any further.
The consultation is confidential.
How do I register?
To book an Ask Swaab! Legal Answers consultation, please fill in the below form and Within 4 working hours, you
will receive an email confirming receipt of your booking and detailing the lawyer's name and phone number and the
date and time for you to call for your free Ask Swaab! Legal Answers consultation.
